MCC-Maple Woods and Dillard's offers tips on 'What Not to Wear'

Do you know how to dress for success? Your first impression says a lot to potential employers, college admissions reps and your new supervisor. MCC-Maple Woods Student Employment Services, along with Dillard's-Zona Rosa, will show students "What Not to Wear" at the 2nd Annual Dress for Success Fashion Show. The show will be held from 2-4 p.m. in the Campus Center Arbor Room and is free and open to the public.

Dust off your resume and polish your interview skills, as a dozen prominent businesses will be on campus next week looking for new hires.

MCC-Longview students are invited attend the Express Job Fair on Thursday, Sept. 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Campus Center Cafeteria.   Local recruiters are interested in interviewing for employees, interns and volunteer positions.

Quest Diagnostics

Disney College Program

Wings of Love

UPS

The Buckle

State Street

Cerner

More employer registrations are expected. Students should bring resumes and dress appropriately.

Resume review sessions are available at the MCC-Longview cafeteria from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on:

Monday, Sept. 20, and Tuesday, Sept. 28.
