Gear up to reach your fitness goals this summer at the MCC-Maple Woods Fitness Center - it's free boot camp week! What's a boot camp? A fitness boot camp personal training session at a more economical cost. Trainers will put participants through a series of efficient, effective and unique workouts, allowing each individual to work at their own appropriate fitness level to burn fat for energy. A trainer will monitor your progress, record weight changes, body fat analysis, and will offer nutrition guidelines.
