What started out as a fairly normal Friday turned into an exciting pre-Labor Day weekend kickoff. Kansas City, Missouri Third District City Councilwoman Sharon Sanders Brooks called MCC-Penn Valley to donate tickets to Friday's game against the Detroit Tigers.
Employees jumped on the freebie and snatched up the tickets in 15 minutes. Special thanks to Councilwoman Sanders Brooks for the tickets. Go Royals!
